带式输送机机头漏斗的优化设计

Optimized design to the head funnel of a belt conveyor for large sized coals

摘要: 为改进带式输送机头漏斗的结构,分析了TD75型带式输送机机头滚筒卸载大块煤物料的运行过程,通过计算机头滚筒卸载物料运动轨迹方程,确定了块煤在机头滚筒抛卸的运动轨迹,用几何作图方法确定出机头漏斗后部挡板遭受煤流撞击最严重的部位。根据得出的撞击区域,优化了机头漏斗结构,分别设计出带弧形调节挡板和带死煤堆缓冲段两种改进的机头漏斗结构。设计的两种新型结构的机头漏斗,均可以减小煤流对机头漏斗的冲击和磨损、降低产生的噪音和粉尘。

Abstract: The conveying process of large sized coals unloaded by the head roller of a TD75 belt conveyor was analyzed. The parabolic trajectory of large sized coals unloaded from the head roller was confirmed by calculating the kinematic trajectory equation, and the area of back plate of head funnel suffered strike severely by flowing coals could be positioned well by using geometric drawing approach based on this trajectory. According to the impact area , the structure of the head funnel was optimized. Two improved structures of head funnel, one with adjustable plate and another with the buffer area of dead coal pile, were designed. The two new improved structures of head funnel both can reduce the force of impact and abrasion resulting from flowing coals and decrease the noise and coal dust.
